Introducing Continuations: no longer available here

This paper is an early version of what turned into my 2002 paper in
_Natural Language Semantics_, `Continuations and the nature of
quantification'.  The older version is still availalble from my web
page (ling.ucsd.edu/~barker) if you really want to see it, but I
strongly recommend that you read the NALS version instead.
